Just3Things was born from within one of the UK’s fastest growth Unicorn companies. Our mission is to provide the transparency, focus, and alignment required to successfully track and drive progress wherever you are.

Where it all began

Starting as an internal project at OVO Energy; Just3Things was instrumental in maintaining the company's competitive advantage as it rapidly scaled from five to over 5,000 people spread over six offices. We saved OVO more than £3 million a year in lost productivity and endless meetings.

It soon became clear that we had something special. So, we separated from our birthplace. We're now helping companies around the world to show their teams the bigger picture, keep them focused on what matters, and to learn and adapt as they go.

Kim co-founded Just3Things originally to help her lead a large-scale organisation design project at OVO Energy, where she worked as Chief People Officer. Kim spotted that there was a need for something like Just3Things at other companies too, so she left OVO to co-found Just3Things alongside Stephen Fitzpatrick. Prior to this Kim was a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Stephen is the Founder of OVO Energy, a leading greentech company and the 2nd largest energy supplier in the UK. He was instrumental in the conceptualisation and development of Just3Things in order to embed the transparent culture and align the goals of empowered teams to the company strategy.

Darryn hails from a background in customer services and technical support spanning over 10 years across several industries, and looking for a new challenge, joined Just3Things as a Customer Success Manager. He’s also a biltong aficionado and can be bribed accordingly. Just don’t refer to it as jerky; he will correct you in a microsecond: "It's Biltong. Beef jerky is for Americans!"
